KnightUnlocks is an online reseller where users can buy third party license keys where we are a means to distribute licenses. PAYMENTS
We use worldwide accepted third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to you. You hereby authorize us the charging of fees through your indicated payment processing account.

The processing of payments will be subject to the fees, terms, conditions and privacy policies of such payment processors. KnightUnlocks is not responsible for any and all errors, fees and currency conversions fees by the payment processor, and you should review its terms and policies from time to time, which will govern the provision of services to you.

You must provide us valid and current billing information. If we detect any chargeback or if any payment is not received by us for any reason from your card or account, you will promptly pay us any and all amounts due to us upon notice. Any failure or inability by us to process any payment hereunder does not relieve you from your payment obligations.

KnightUnlocks reserves the right to reject any transaction if it detects any inconsistency between the data given, security breach or any other compelling reason.

You can always contact our team with questions about your order, payment method or prices and we will strive to answer them and work together to solve any such doubts.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Once an order is placed, we will proceed to authorize the digital key and digital products for you. In the case of “Mod Menus, GTA V Fresh Accounts, RDR2 Fresh Accounts, Nord VPN and Discord products” the delivery is immediately once the payment has been made correctly, while for other products the delivery can take up to 72 hours. If this time is exceeded, the customer has the right to request a refund.

After purchase, you will automatically receive a ‘key’ which is to be redeemed on third-party services that may be listed on the purchase page, and that are not related to KnightUnlocks. Please check your spam/junk folders in email, as well.

There may be occasions where a product that is listed on the Site has been incorrectly listed (e.g. typographical error or system error). In such case, KnightUnlocks hereby reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any and all products incorrectly listed. If your payment processing method has already been charged, KnightUnlocks will cancel your order and issue a refund or credit to your payment processing account in the amount of the incorrect price.

KnightUnlocks will undertake its reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the quoted prices and descriptions are true, accurate, updated and correct, but notwithstanding the foregoing, KnightUnlocks cannot fully guarantee such information. Accordingly, the digital key and digital goods provided via the Site may or will be discontinued, and their specifications, availability, eligibility, compatibility, prices and characteristics will be subject to change at any time, without prior notice and without any responsibility on behalf of KnightUnlocks.
 

REFUND POLICY
Users and customers are not allowed to make any sort of altercations to the price or the amount they paid, to the website, our products, our files, or anything that belongs to our corporation. We have the right to refuse refunds, replacements, and other solutions should we deem it necessary. We are not responsible for anything that is not in our control, whether it be sharing payment information, our sponsors/partners, or competitors products. We are responsible for our own items and services.

We usually offer a minimum guarantee of 5 days or longer to request a refund. However, we do not issue refunds except in specific circumstances, and we reserve the right to approve or deny a refund as we deem necessary under the given circumstances. For certain products, customers are eligible for a replacement if it conforms to the time clause of the warranty agreement.

Applicable cases to request a refund are:

The product does not work as expected or is not the same as described on the product page.
The product was not delivered in the specified time or the product was not received in the specified time.
The product is incompatible with the operating system or the software version.
The product cannot be redeemed.
To request a refund, the customer must contact us through our support center: https://KnightUnlocks.com/discord or through any of our contact methods. Our team will decide whether or not to accept the refund. When a customer requests a refund, KnightUnlocks has 7 business days to give an approval or rejection response, and another 7 business days to debit the amount that the customer has paid to the payment method with which the purchase was made, without counting fees, commissions or prices external to KnightUnlocks such as bank fees, since this does not depend on KnightUnlocks and is out of our hands.

If a customer makes an unauthorized refund request or chargeback attempt directly through our payment gateway, such as Stripe or PayPal, without having requested the refund directly with our support team, KnightUnlocks will proceed to ban the customer completely from all of our services permanently, as well as some external platforms, cancel all services and products that the customer has bought or made on our platform and dispute the refund through the payment gateway, where the customer has the chance to lose.

Any chargebacks that are useless and are deemed to manipulate the system to get back a refund, will not only dismiss the case in our favor, but will ban you from purchasing from our website or participating in our services ever again. Please think carefully before performing reckless decisions.

However, given the naturalness of the product and that all purchases are final at KnightUnlocks, KnightUnlocks fully reserves the right to reject a refund request and not provide any type of refund or compensation. Refunds are non-negotiable and non-permittable, except for the cases mentioned above. As such, you agree to this statement the moment you purchase an item/service from our website.

For cryptocurrencies purchases, in case that the customer send the money to the wrong wallet that does not belong to the company, we will not issue you a replacement, refund, or any other solution. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we had no part in such process, therefore we do not have any entitlement to the situation. Please make sure that the wallet your sending to is correct.

Any software related to the Grand Theft Auto experience that we provide here is out of our control. Our domain is not responsible for the longevity of the software, we simply provide a license key to customers for a price. Should an issue occur related to the software in regards to its existence, we are not responsible for any inconvenience it causes, as this does not fall into our control. Therefore it’s not in our liability to ensure any form of compensation, unless a specific individual with clearance grants such access.

Limited License. Subject to compliance with these Terms, KnightUnlocks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Services and any purchased digital key and digital good, as applicable. You are prohibited from reselling, commercializing, duplicating, re-engineering, reverse engineering, modifying or otherwise using our digital keys and digital goods, in whole or in part. KnightUnlocks does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret information; and you shall have no right, either directly or indirectly, to own, use, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform or in any way exploit any downloaded digital content pieces, in whole or in part.

KnightUnlocks reserves the right to cancel, revoke or replace a license key even without prior notification to the user, since these license keys are the sole and exclusive property of KnightUnlocks.

User Generated Content License. You hereby grant KnightUnlocks an unlimited, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, for all the countries and territories through the world, right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such any content you may upload, disseminate, deliver, create or transfer any post, original audio file, message, chat, files uploaded, data inputted, e-mails sent, or otherwise any content delivered to KnightUnlocks via the Site or the Services.

You represent and warrant to KnightUnlocks that you have all rights, authorizations or otherwise hold sufficient title for any and all content submitted to KnightUnlocks as set forth herein.

TERM, TERMINATION
The term hereof shall begin on the date that comes first among: (i) first access to the Site; (ii) your first access or execution of any of our Services; or (iii) KnightUnlocks begins providing its Services to you.

In this case you will not be able to refund any of your purchase as you have already redeemed the keys and used the software. The key you are buying from KnightUnlocks is therefore valid for the lifetime of the software, no refunds are possible if the software stops updating or disable its services

If anything happens to your account after the key has been redeemed we are not responsible (example: Getting banned for any reason or getting your account deleted). For these kind of events you won’t be able to refund and will have to solve this problem with the software owner.

The term “Lifetime” refers to the fact that the user will receive a license key that has a durability to be exchanged for life. If the external software stops working for external reasons (“known as exit scammed), KnightUnlocks is not responsible as it is a foreign matter and external to the company. This term” lifetime “also depends on the user following our terms of service.

In no event shall KnightUnlocks, or its affiliates’, clients’, licensors’ and/or distributors’ liability for all damages (except as required by applicable law) exceed the amount of USD$50.00 (Fifty United States Dollars); and henceforth any award for direct, provable damages shall not exceed such total amount.

These Terms provide you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Legislation of some states/countries does not allow certain limitations of liability, and henceforth this limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

INDEMNIFICATION
Force Majeure. KnightUnlocks shall not liable for any failure of performance on its obligations as set forth herein, where such failure arises from any cause beyond KnightUnlocks reasonable control, including but not limiting to, electronic, power, mechanic or Internet failure.

Entire Agreement. These Terms set forth the entire agreement between the parties hereof and may not be altered or amended except in writing signed by each both parties.

Language. These Terms may be translated into other languages, but English shall be and remain the official language of this agreement and in any conflict between the English language version and any other version, the English language version shall control.

Newsletters. The Site may allow you to subscribe to our newsletter service, which may be provided by us or through an authorized third party. Through our newsletters, you may receive information according to your subscriber preferences. As our subscriber, you will receive a conspicuous communication indicating any subscription and you will be able to select the amount and type of emails received by you. If you wish to unsubscribe, you will find ‘unsubscribe’ and similar links on our communications.

No Relationship. You and KnightUnlocks are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms.

No Waiver. Failure by KnightUnlocks to enforce any rights hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention. All remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Applicable Law. Your use of this Site and any cause of action, claim and/or dispute that might arise between the parties hereon, shall be subject to the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Waiver of Class Actions, Non-Individualized Relief. You acknowledge and accept that claims brought against KnightUnlocks shall be only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any possible future class or representative action or similar proceeding. Unless otherwise agreed by you and KnightUnlocks, you may not adjoin or consolidate any claim with more than one person’s; and you may not otherwise supervise or take over any form of a class, representative or consolidated proceeding.

Waiver of Jury Trial. The parties herein waive their constitutional and statutory rights to go to court and have a trial in front of a judge or a jury, instead electing that all claims and disputes be resolved by a competent judge.

Forum. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be heard solely by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction. If you bring a dispute in a manner other than in accordance with this section, you agree that we may move to have it dismissed, and that you will be responsible for our reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and disbursements in doing so.
